REFERENCE TO SECURITY AGREEMENT
This instrument is secured by a continuing security interest in the collateral described in a security agreement, dated , executed by maker in favor of payee. On default under the security agreement or under this instrument, payee may exercise any of the remedies granted by the security agreement or given to a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code of [state of jurisdiction].
